Canfield United Methodist Church (Mahoning Valley District) took the message of Good Friday to the village green this year. Families and individuals from the congregation designed, created and displayed visual interpretations of 10 scriptures that follow Jesus’ journey from betrayal to Crucifixion.

Visitors were given a brochure that contained each scripture verse and that described each station. The Rev. Susan Brown and volunteers from Canfield United Methodist Church were on hand Friday night to offer prayer to and answer questions from those who took the self-guided tour of the Stations of the Cross.
