Brianne “Bree” Blum will be the new Executive Director of the Epworth Center in Bethesda, Ohio, effective August 15, 2016.  Rev. Gail Angel, Southern Hills District Superintendent, says that Bree began her journey in Christian leadership as a young United Methodist camper out of Wheeling, WV, and she brings skills in administration, communication, marketing, website development, contemporary worship development, teaching, camp staff leadership, as well as a variety of other areas.

“The Epworth Center Board has been blessed with the spiritual growth and ‘Bridges Out of Poverty’ outreach brought by the Rev. Dawn Livingston, who is moving to a new appointment as a Deacon to join the staff at the Hinton Rural Life Center in North Carolina.  We anticipate that Bree Blum will build on this momentum as well as bring new gifts and guidance to the ministries of the Epworth Center and the Real Life Community of Faith, in deep and broad directions.” Rev. Angel remarked.
